Applications are invited for appointment as temporary Project Manager in the Centre for Promotion and Language Learning (CPLL), The School of Modern Languages and Cultures to commence on August 1, 2020 for 5 months.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with experience in the field of event management and online content management. They should have proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; effective organizational and communication skills; and a strong sense of responsibility. They should be good team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be attentive to details.
The appointee will be responsible for a full range of duties, including organizing large-scale CPLL events for secondary schools and HKU students; maintaining CPLL website and other online communication channels; promoting CPLL courses via social media, website, and other online channels; coordinating CPLL courses with language program advisors and related parties; and perform other duties as assigned.
