Application is invited for Full-time Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) (Ref. SMLC202009) to commence on 15 October 2020 or as soon as possible, on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal.
Qualifications: University degree holder but priority will be given to applicants with a MA degree.
Work Experience: 1 to 2 year’s working experience
The appointee will be responsible for the operation of research postgraduate programmes and assistance in school administrative work. He/she will liaise with the Faculty and Graduates School on RPg admissions; arrange the postgraduate presentation seminars; assist in the oral examinations for MPhil and PhD candidates; handle course administration and student enquiries; update leave records; assist in scheduling meetings; implement projects in improving work steps, classification of data storage and office allocation; and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Shortlisted applicants will be required to do a written test.
