Placement Test for Japanese Language Courses

Students with prior knowledge of the Japanese language who wish to enroll in the core language courses are required to take a placement test. The purpose of the test is to determine the most suitable course based on the applicant's level.

The test will be conducted online, and students must complete it within the specified period. An interview may also be required in addition to the test.

Online placement test schedule: January 22, 2025, 10 AM to January 23, 2025, 10 AM.

Please visit the link below and complete the registration from January 15 at 9 am until January 17, 2025, at 5 pm. You may refer to the level guide on the registration page for the test level you should take.

Students are allowed to register only once. If you need to change your level or cancel your registration, please contact the SMLC office before the deadline. No changes can be made after the registration period.
