
German Programme Public Lecture Series "Education - Studying in Austria"
Austria is located in Central Europe with its capital city Vienna ranked the top quality of life for 11 consecutive years. While German is the official language, there are number of programmes taught entirely in English. With its affordable tuition fees and living expenses as well as the opportunity to learn German, Austria has become a popular destination for Hong Kong students. After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.

Market Research Officer at ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA – Austrian Trade Commission for over a decade, with a specialized focus on promoting education and technology collaborations between Hong Kong and Austria.
Dr. Joanne Yu, City University of Macau
Joanne Yu navigated her academic journey from Macao to Salzburg and Vienna, enriching her knowledge and cultivating valuable international connections. Having earned a successful PhD from Modul University Vienna, she previously worked as a researcher and lecturer in Austria. Currently, Joanne contributes to global academia as an Assistant Professor at City University of Macau.
