Before arriving HKU in 2015, I taught at the Department of Korean Studies in Eberhard Karls University of Tuebingen, Germany. I also worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for the summer intensive course in 2014. In Korea, I have taught various courses including Korean for academic curriculum and courses for exchange students at the Korean Language Education Center in Sogang University. Additionally, I have teaching experiences in Chile and Switzerland. My teaching and research interests include pragmatics, third language acquisition, and interlanguage between Korean and Cantonese.
